By accessing or using ImageTight ("the Service") at imagetight.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. ImageTight is operated by Tayyab Ali, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
2. Description of Service
ImageTight provides a free, browser-based image compression, format conversion, and AI background removal tool. The core compression engine operates locally within your browser using WebAssembly technology. No images are uploaded to our servers during local compression. Cloud-based compression features are available to registered users with credits.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use ImageTight only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload or process images that infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Use the Service to process illegal or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its underlying technology
- Use automated scripts to abuse the Service or bypass usage limits
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the platform
4. Intellectual Property
All images you process through ImageTight remain your own property. You retain full intellectual property rights over your uploaded files. ImageTight claims no ownership over user-submitted content. The ImageTight platform, interface, brand, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Tayyab Ali and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Credits and Billing
ImageTight operates a credit-based system for cloud features. Free accounts receive an initial credit allocation upon registration. Purchased credits are non-refundable once used. ImageTight reserves the right to modify credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice to registered users. Local compression features remain free and do not require credits.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
ImageTight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated quality recommendations or the exact compression ratios achieved on any specific image. In no event shall ImageTight be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. File Retention Policy
Files processed via cloud compression are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 12 hours of processing. We do not store, analyze, or share your images with third parties. Files processed locally via WebAssembly never leave your device and are never transmitted to any server.
8. Modifications to Terms
ImageTight reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
